Join us and be part of the Charolais ROAR. Everyone wants those good Charolais cross calves…...feedlots cannot find enough.. auction barns are crying for them and bull producers are running out of bulls. Let us help you increase your profits!!!

The Alberta Charolais Association would like to invite every commercial producer whose had a registered Charolais bull transferred to them since January 1, 2010 to attend the Alberta Select Bull and Female show and sale for a chance to win a free bull.

• Every producer must register on Saturday Dec 3, 2011 when they get to the Agricenter on the Westerner grounds at Red Deer Alberta to be eligible to win the bull or the runner up prizes. Pedigrees and EPDs will be available.
• The pen of 3 show and single bull show will be held Friday Dec 2, 2011at 4 pm with a free banquet and awards to follow.
• The registration and parade of bulls will start at 10am Sat Dec 3, 2011 with the lucky winner picking their bull at 12:30 pm followed by lunch and the bull and female sale starting at 1:30pm.
• The winner will have their bull kept by the purebred producer that raised the bull until April 1, 2012 free of charge. At that time or a date mutually agreed upon by both the winner and bull producer, the bull will be delivered to your farm with a satisfactory semen and soundness evaluation at no expense to the winner.T he bull producer will get $10,000.00 after he has met all of these requirements.
• Be part of one of the largest commercial oriented events of the year. Have a chance to appraise bulls from all over the province. Talk with other cattlemen about industry issues.
• Best of all win a $10,000.00 Charolais bull without having to hook up to your trailer.
